PRELIMINARY TERMS
- This document sets out the principles for processing personal data on the website of the “Dla Autyzmu” Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”).
- The administrator of personal data is the “Dla Autyzmu” Association, headquartered in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, ul. Spółdzielcza 9, 05-825, KRS: 0000954061, NIP: 5291837365, REGON: 520095305.
- Using the website constitutes acceptance of the current Privacy Policy.
TYPES OF COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA
- The website stores HTTP requests directed to the server, specifically:
- the user’s public IP address,
- the client station name (if identification is possible),
- the time of the request,
- the first line of the HTTP request,
- the HTTP response code,
- the number of bytes sent,
- information about the user’s browser,
- the URL of the previously visited page (referrer).
- When contacting via a form or email, the following data is collected: name, surname, email address, and phone number.
- Personal data may be used for follow-up contact and to provide information about the Association’s activities.
COOKIES
- The Association’s website may use cookies to::

- display content correctly,
- analyse website traffic.
- Users can change cookie settings in their browser.
DONORS AND PAYU PAYMENTS
- When making a donation via PayU, the Association receives the following data:
- name and surname,
- email address,
- bank account number,
- donation amount.
- The administrator of data processed within the payment system is PayU S.A., headquartered in Poznań (60-166), ul. Grunwaldzka 182.

- Online donations made via PayU payments are non-refundable. The detailed rules for making donations are specified in the Donations policy, available on the Association’s website.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Users have the right to:
- access their data,
- rectify their data,
- delete or restrict the processing of their data,
- object to data processing,
- transfer their data,
- file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
COMPLAINTS AND CONTACT
- Complaints regarding the processing of personal data can be submitted in writing to the Association’s registered address or via email at: stowarzyszenie@dlaautyzmu.pl.
- Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
FINAL TERMS
- The Association may make changes to this Privacy Policy, and the latest version will always be available on the website.
- For additional questions regarding data processing, users can contact the Association via email or postal mail.
