Donations policy

PRELIMINARY TERMS

  1. The website of the “Dla Autyzmu” Association is managed and administered by the “Dla Autyzmu” Association, headquartered in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, ul. Spółdzielcza 9, 05-825, KRS: 0000954061, NIP: 5291837365, REGON: 520095305, hereinafter referred to as the “Association.”
  2. This regulation defines the terms and conditions for making voluntary online monetary donations through the PayU service.
  3. A donor may be an adult natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the “Donor.”

RULES FOR MAKING DONATIONS

  1. Donations can be made 24 hours a day. The Association is not responsible for any interruptions in access to the PayU service.
  2. Online donations are made via the PayU system through a payment form available on the Association’s website.
  3. Available payment methods:
    • electronic transfer (handled by PayU)
    • BLIK payment (handled by PayU)
  4. Online donations made via PayU payments are non-refundable.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

  1. The User may submit a complaint if the Services provided under the payment Operator’s regulations, as mentioned above, have not been executed or have been executed contrary to their provisions. A complaint may be submitted in the following forms:
    • In writing to the address of PayU:

    • Electronically via email to: help@payu.pl
    • By phone at: +48 61 628 45 05 (call charges apply according to the User’s service provider rates), available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  2. If you wish to submit a complaint regarding a donation made on the Association’s website, please send it to: stowarzyszenie@dlaautyzmu.pl. Kindly include the words “Donation Complaint” in the email subject line.
  3. The User has the right to request a refund of a donation within 7 days from the date of payment. To request a refund, please send an email to: stowarzyszenie@dlaautyzmu.pl. Kindly include the words “Donation Refund” in the email subject line. The payment, after deducting transfer fees, will be refunded within 7 business days from the date the request is received by the Association.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  1. The Association ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
  2. The administrator of the data obtained in the process of making online donations is the “Dla Autyzmu” Association.
  3. The administrator of the data obtained as part of the online payment service is PayU S.A., headquartered in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 182, 60-166 Poznań. Detailed information on PayU’s data protection can be found in their Privacy Policy: https://poland.payu.com/dokumenty-prawne-do-pobrania/.
  4. Donors’ personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of completing the donation.
  5. Using online payments implies consent to the processing of personal data for the execution of the payment.
  6. The Donor has the right to:
    • request access to their data,
    • rectify, delete, or limit the processing of their data,
    • object to data processing,
    • transfer their data,
    • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

FINAL TERMS

  1. The Association will not process or share donor data or information about their payments with other entities without their consent.
  2. The Association reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time for valid reasons.
  3. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Association’s website.
